A happy little soul wasn't I. My mother decided she was able to cut hair.

Last week was the anniversary of my girlfriends fathers passing.

We took flowers to the grave. Whilst there I went to my biological mothers grave.

Afterwards the kids did the usual kid thing of exploring and looking at headstones. Whilst they did that I had a wander and took this picture of the church.

I was delighted when Al at The Dad Network put out the request for Dads to help with this campaign.

I've done my Dad Dance, with my wonderful dance partner #BabyPink. The boys were too embarrassed to join in!

Why I Won't be calling #BabyPink "My Pretty Girl" Anymore!

I was watching Dr. Phil this morning. There was an Anorexic lady on, whose family were trying to get her help. To show her what could happen, the mother of another anorexic girl who had taken a seizure and ended up severely brain damaged, purely because of what anorexia had done to her body. Came on the show with her daughter.
