From the Mouths of Babes 25/04/2016

Buddy can be a Royal Pain in the backside at times, but then he comes out with pearlers like this one and you can't help but laugh.

I'll set the scene.

Mrs OMG is constantly cleaning. The floors are mopped in our house more times than an operating room floor.

This means the boys are constantly told "Take your shoes off" the minute they walk in the door. They hardly ever do!

One day Stepson #2 had steppes on the floor before taking his shoes off. Leaving a wet patch. He started to wipe it with his sock.
Buddy, who was waiting patiantly outside then chirped up with.

"What are you worried about the floor for, you don't have OCD!"

  1. Lol, that is brilliant - clearly it's just OCD that makes you want to mop the floor! Thanks for sharing this with #ftmob :-)

  2. Haha! I don't blame Mrs OMG for mopping the floor all the time - my boys don't take their shoes off quickly enough either! #ftmob

  3. Hahaha!
    Love this.

My daughter is two and if anyone dares go into any room other than the hall with shoes on she shouts at them 'TAKE OFF YOUR SHOES'. It's scary and admirable.

  4. Haha bless! My 3 year old announced earlier that it was time we vacuumed. She makes a very valid point.

    1. No one gets a chance to mention it in our house. Floors are cleaned in the morning BEFORE school lunches are made.

  7. Aww bless, I love it. These are my favourite posts. It's been a while since I've done one. Clean may mean OCD in this case.
